When a majority or plurality of the voters consists of morons the country may elect a liar and megalomaniac with plans to destroy the very freedom that puts him or her into power.

Even a constitutional representational republic with an electoral college designed to prevent tyranny by democracy, such as the USA, cannot overcome the power of a whore-mongering pandering pimp-ridden mainstream media with no objectivity whose political ideology is identical with the cabal seeking to destroy what our Founders created. When this is combined with the a Congressional majority consisting of whores who sold their souls to the Devil to stay in office and with the majority or plurality of moron voters who were successfully "dumbed down" by over half a century of public schooling so that they have no understanding of the Bill of Rights not to mention Separation of Power, combined with the rest of the eligible voter citizenry that is in fact the majority and are true blue patriotic Americans of all colors, creeds, religions, and ethnicity, but have been brainwashed to believe their votes don't count, we have what we face today; our greatest internal threat since the Whiskey Rebellion, Constitutional Convention, and Civil War combined.

Today's situation makes Ronald Reagan's holy mission of destroying the USSR pale in comparison, though it saved our plant from global nuclear destruction, because the USA is the greatest hope for a prosperous humanity on this pretty blue/green/brown sphere in the Universe.

How will the Marxists running the U.S. Government go about their plans to turn these United States of American into the United Soviet Socialists Republics of America? Watch for a series of internal "man made disasters," what used to be called terrorist acts, or the manipulation of natural disasters for this Administration to institute more severe economic controls, attempt to restrict Constitutional personal freedoms and rights, and deploy police forces, which have probably started to be built up secretly, during, after, or if severe political setbacks are expected, as signs of the beginning.

Jesus knew that His death was imminent and that He would soon be in heaven with His Father. Abraham’s bosom is referred to only once in the Bible—in the story of Lazarus and the rich man (Luke 16:19-31). It was used in the Talmud as a synonym for heaven. It is described as a place of burning sulfur, and those in it experience eternal, unspeakable agony of an unrelenting nature (Luke 16:24; Mark 9:45-46). How to get the care you need in an emergency

O vercrowding in the emergency room (ER) keeps getting worse. A recent study from Harvard Medical School reported that, between 1997 and 2004, the number of ER patients in the US increased by 18%... the number of hospitals with 24-hour ERs fell by 12%... patients’ average waiting time to see an ER doctor increased by 36%, to 30 minutes... and the average wait for heart attack patients increased by 150%, to 20 minutes.
Concern: Women wait, on average, 5.6% longer than men. This may not sound like much -- but often a minute makes the difference between life and death.
One reason for the gender discrepancy is that doctors -- and patients -- do not always recognize how symptoms can differ between the sexes.
Example: Women with heart attacks are less likely than men to experience "classic" crushing chest pain and more likely to feel nauseous, dizzy and/or breathless -- vague symptoms easily dismissed as indigestion or anxiety. Another factor is that women, brought up to give care rather than receive it, often are reluctant to demand attention.
Here’s how to get the care you need...
Long before you need the ER...
Ask your primary care doctor which hospital he/she prefers, so that you are not forced to make this decision during a crisis. You may be advised to go to the closest ER if your situation is potentially life-threatening... or to the hospital with which the doctor is affiliated if your condition is not as serious.
Create a written personal health record.
Include: Your doctors’ names, specialties and phone numbers... your current and past medical conditions and surgeries... names and dosages of all prescription and nonprescription medications that you take (including supplements)... and family history of serious health problems. Always carry this record with you.
Carry your medical insurance card. ERs provide care regardless of patients’ ability to pay, but having insurance information handy speeds the administrative process.
Talk to your doctor about your personal risk factors, such as high cholesterol or blood sugar problems. Discuss warning signs that merit immediate care -- for instance, ­decreased urination in a patient with chronic kidney disease.
The instant an emergency arises...
Decide if you need an ambulance. Call 911 if you experience...
Sudden onset of severe headache or dizziness... severe abdominal pain... extreme shortness of breath not caused by exertion... numbness in a limb or trouble walking... or altered vision or speech.
More than a few minutes of squeezing or burning pain in the neck or torso.
Any occurrence of uncontrolled bleeding... copious blood in vomit or stool... a broken bone penetrating the skin... or fainting not caused by emotional stress.
If you do not need an ambulance -- for instance, a cut requires stitches but is not bleeding profusely or you have twisted your ankle and may need X-rays to determine if a bone is broken -- ask a relative or friend to drive you to the ER, or call a taxi. Do not drive yourself if you are in a lot of pain or feel woozy.
Drive yourself only if the problem is minor -- a condition that normally would be handled in your doctor’s office (had it not occurred after hours or when you were out of town) but that should not go untended for many hours.
Example: A skin rash or other sign of a systemic ­allergic reaction that does not affect breathing.
Before heading for the ER...
Call your own doctor if you are able or, if your condition is too ­severe, ask someone to call for you. Your doctor may want to alert the ER to prepare for your arrival.
If you haven’t made a list of your medications, put all your drug bottles in a bag (or ask another person to) and take them with you. The ER staff needs to see what you take.
If you ingested someone else’s medication or a toxic household product, bring the container.
If a loved one is not accompanying you to the ER, try to arrange for someone to meet you there. A companion can help you remember what the doctor says, provide emotional support and notify family.
Bring a pen and paper to write down the doctors’ instructions.
When you arrive at the ER...
A nurse will assess you to determine how critical your condition is. Don’t downplay your symptoms!
Show the nurse the personal health record you created previously. Share any suspicions -- for instance, "My mother had blood clots. I’m worried that this lump in my leg might be a clot, too."
If you are or may be pregnant, tell everyone who assesses or treats you.
If pain is severe, ask a nurse if you can have pain medication.
While you wait to be examined...
If your symptoms change or worsen, tell the nurse immediately.
In the waiting room, if someone near to you is coughing or vomiting, change your seat and/or ask a nurse for a face mask.
Exercise patience. Unless your situation is dire, other patients may be in more critical condition. The ER staff tries to attend to patients in order of patients’ needs -- not first-come, first-served.
When you see the doctor...
Again, describe your symptoms and share your personal health ­record. Don’t assume that the doctor already knows everything you told the nurse who first assessed you.
Listen carefully, ask questions and take notes if you can.
Discuss the risks and benefits of tests and treatments that the doctor is considering.
If the ER physician suggests that you be admitted to the hospital for additional testing and/or overnight observation, agree. Many patients refuse because they would rather see their own doctors the next day -- but staying at the hospital allows tests to be done quickly and gives you instant access to care if your condition worsens.
Before leaving the ER...
Make sure that you understand your diagnosis and instructions for care after discharge.
Review with the doctor or nurse any warning signs that merit an immediate return to the ER.
Request that test results be sent to your primary care doctor. (This is not necessary if your doctor is affiliated with the hospital.)
If you are told to see a specialist for follow-up, get a name.
When you get home...
Follow discharge instructions.
Call the ER if questions or concerns arise.
Contact your own doctor during normal office hours to see if a follow-up exam is recommended.

The fact that these lovers of Leviathan government and Socialistic power over all take aim at all races, use divisiveness and differentiation rather than unification to gain power is proof positive that the issue is not race but rather socio-economic and cultural differences created and maintained by certain parasites who have hijacked our government and trampled our Constitution; they are the purveyors and profiteers of Racism and Bigotry, pure and simple. Notice how these are terms they are always the first to throw at their opponents, a typical strategy of tyrants and despots; cast your evil upon your opponents and create doubt among the majority as to what is right or wrong diminishing and eventually distinguishing any concept of right or wrong. Rev. Manning serves liberty well with his wake up call but he arms the opponents of freedom by using their words and not showing the true evil of their mind-control via their words.Rather than warning that "whites" will riot, the proper warning might be that the majority middle class comprised of all races will launch the Second American Revolution against the usurpation of the Constitution in support and defense of the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic, as is called for in the Constitution itself and is the ACTUAL sacred sworn oath of every living current, former, or retired: federal civil servant and law enforcement officer, military member, federal politician, federal executive branch appointee, and federal jurist; probably every state and local contemporary to include law enforcement officer, firefighter and first responder; and one can make the case this extends to every United States Citizen via the Bill of Rights. Thus, such action is de facto not only legal such action is de facto Constitutional and would in fact be de facto and a priori illegal not to undertake when the Constitution is so clearly usurped if what the Honorable Reverend Manning states is true.

PART ONE -- Read It Before It Is Banned By The US Government

A moment earlier during REM sleep (rapid eye movement) when most dreams or “night visions” occur, a last piece of an important puzzle had fallen into place, shaking me from slumber.I had been wrestling with certain images and enigmatic information for years, trying to make sense of what I had found. But not until recently had something deeper troubled me. It was as if an ominous voice somewhere was ready to show me what I was finally able to receive.Of course I was very familiar with transcendent subject matter. I had been involved with religious institutions for more than 30 years in official capacities including as an executive in the largest evangelical organization in the world. During that same time I had appeared on international television and radio programs with opportunity to expand my presence to a regular audience, if desired.

PART TWO: Read It Before It Is Banned By The US Government: Summoning The Angel In The WhirlwindOn January 20, 2001, President George W. Bush during his first inaugural address faced the obelisk known as the Washington Monument and twice referred to an angel that "rides in the whirlwind and directs this storm." His reference was credited to Virginia statesman John Page who wrote to Thomas Jefferson after the Declaration of Independence was signed, saying, "We know the race is not to the swift nor the battle to the strong. Do you not think an angel rides in the whirlwind and directs this storm?" Five weeks after the inaugural, on Wednesday, February 28, Congressman Major R. The fact that the vast majority of Americans have never heard of their intent, of The Georgia Guidestones in Elberton, or of "The Plan" and "The Hierarchy" attests to the degree of control that exists over what the American people have been allowed to know about the occultic forces which are working within our society today.


Researchers at Germany's Max Planck Institute recently published findings of a cross-cultural study of people's spit. "(W)e can get more insights into human populations (from saliva) than we would get from just studying human DNA," the team's leader told Reuters in February. The study's main conclusion was that spit content does not vary much around the world, even given regional differences in diet. [Reuters, 2-26-09]


Are You An 'Extremist'?While the rest of us may be worried about violent Mexican drug gangs on our border, or about terrorists who are going to be released from Guantanamo, the director of Homeland Security is worried about "right-wing extremists." Just who are these right-wing extremists? According to an official document of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, right-wing extremists include "groups and individuals that are dedicated to a single issue, such as opposition to abortion or immigration." It also includes those "rejecting federal authority in favor of state or local authority." If you fit into any of these categories, you may not have realized that you are considered a threat to national security. But apparently the Obama administration has its eye on you.


Spanish researchers at Autonomous University of Madrid reported in February that wolves (and almost surely dogs), when relieving themselves, deliberately seek out the most conspicuous places they can find (both as to sight and smell), to assure maximum territorial signaling. Male wolves prefer tall trees (and dogs, prominently located fire hydrants) and try to leave urine as high up as they can to increase its wind-carry, according to a Discovery Channel summary. Sources: Pentagon Planning New CybercommandThe move comes as the White House is poised to release a broader study on the nation's cybersecurity. Officials in recent months have increasingly warned that the nation's networks are at risk and repeatedly are being probed by foreign governments, criminals or other groups. The Pentagon has been reviewing for at least a year just how it needs to reorganize military efforts on Internet-related issues, one official said on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to speak on the record. Another official said that under the new plan, being finalized now, a sub-command could be set up under the U.S. Strategic Command.


Biologist Michelle Solensky, of Ohio's College of Wooster, reported late last year in the journal Animal Behavior that male monarch butterflies are such calculating inseminators that they even decide the optimal level of sperm necessary for reproductive advantage. While injecting fluid, the male can "selectively" determine how much of it will be fertility cells, depending on how much residual sperm the female holds from previous suitors (and thus to always inject more than the other guys did). Solensky told New Scientist magazine that the penis acts as a kind of "dip stick" to check the quantity already present. [New Scientist, 1-7-09]


Pakistan Is 'Mortal Threat' To World Says Clinton As Taliban Surge Towards IslamabadPakistan teetered on the brink of collapse today as Taliban fighters threatened to overrun the volatile country. As violence broke out in the disputed north-west corner, U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said the state, which has nuclear capability, now posed a 'mortal threat' to the world. 'I think the Pakistani government is basically abdicating to the Taliban and the extremists,' she added. Mrs Clinton's comments came as Islamabad was forced to deploy troops to protect key buildings and bridges. One of the policemen travelling with the military convoy was shot dead after coming under fire from gunman. In another development, dozens of militants armed with guns and gasoline bombs blowing up five tankers carrying fuel to NATO troops in Afghanistan. There are fears that the Taliban, who have already been handed control of the Swat valley, could now take Islamabad and topple the government.

New Strain of Swine Flu InvestigatedPublic health authorities are investigating two highly unusual cases of a previously unknown strain of swine flu that was found in the San Diego area late last month. The cases occurred almost simultaneously in children who had no contact with pigs or each other, a scenario that raised the possibility that the illnesses may be the sign of an emerging pandemic strain of influenza.

Doctor Reveals Human Cloning, Creation Of Animal-Humans PlanScientists and medical ethicists yesterday condemned the controversial fertility doctor Panayiotis Zavos for transferring cloned human embryos into the wombs of four women. Dr Zavos claimed in an interview with The Independent that he had created 14 cloned human embryos and transferred 11 of them into the wombs of the four women, who wanted to give birth to cloned babies... Dr Zavos also revealed that he has created human-animal "hybrid" clones by fusing the cells of dead people with the empty egg cells of cows. These hybrid embryos were created to study the cloning process, rather than being used for embryo transfer, Dr Zavos said. Professor Azim Surani of the University of Cambridge said that Dr Zavos had breached the taboo on creating human clones with the intention of transferring them into the wombs of women in order to achieve a pregnancy – a procedure that is a criminal offence in Britain. "This affair shows a complete lack of responsibility. If true, Zavos has again failed to observe the universally-accepted ban on human cloning, which was agreed because most of the resulting embryos from such animal experiments are abnormal," Professor Surani said...

London's Daily Mail reported in March that among the recession-themed business start-up grants awarded by the Welsh Department of Work and Pensions was the equivalent of about $6,600 to the Accolade Academy of Psychic and Mediumistic Studies. Ancestor Of T-Rex Found In ChinaFossils found in China may give clues to the evolution of Tyrannosaurus rex. Uncovered near the city of Jiayuguan, the fossil finds come from a novel tyrannosaur dubbed Xiongguanlong baimoensis. The fossils date from the middle of the Cretaceous period, and may be a "missing link", tying the familiar big T rex to its much smaller ancestors. The fossils show early signs of the features that became pronounced with later tyrannosaurs.

In December, John Kaye, a member of Australia's New South Wales Parliament, proposed a remedy for the recent displays of immature partying by some of his colleagues: "Honestly," he told Sydney's Daily Telegraph, "if you are going to have breathalyzers for people driving cranes, you should have breathalyzers for people (who pass) laws." Archaeologists say the discoveries might rewrite the historical and military significance of the Sinai for the ancient Egyptians. Digging near an old military road in the Sinai, Egyptian archaeologists have discovered an ancient fortified city dating back about 3,000 years. According to Zahi Hawass, Egypt’s top archaeologist, earlier studies suggested the presence of the fortified city which could have been Egypt’s military headquarters from the New Kingdom until the Ptolemaic era. The period between the two ancient historical epochs is about 1,500 years. Archaeologist Mohammed Abdel-Maqsoud, chief of the excavation team, said that the fortified city corresponds to the inscriptions of the “Way of Horus” found on the walls of a temple in Luxor. The inscriptions illustrated 11 military fortresses strategically placed to defend Egypt’s eastern border. From the 11 fortresses, only 5 have been discovered, writes Stuff.co.nz.

Among the topics under discussion will be preparations for the near-Earth flyby of asteroid Apophis in 2029. This year marks an important anniversary in the history of scientific research: Galileo's first astronomical use of the telescope, four centuries ago. It has also set the scene for new efforts in planning for future discoveries. On 13 April 2029 – twenty years from now – the Earth flyby of asteroid Apophis may become a significant milestone in our understanding of Earth's closest neighbours, the Near-Earth Objects (NEOs). Complex Molecules Seen In SpaceAstronomers have detected two of the most complex carbon-rich molecules ever found in interstellar space. Their models suggest even more complex await to be discovered, including amino acids - which are essential for life. The results were presented at the European Week of Astronomy and Space Science meeting being held in the UK. Researchers detected the organic molecules in the star-forming region of space known as Sagittarius B2, close to the centre of our galaxy. Large carbon-rich molecules of many different types have been seen in this cloud in the past, including alcohols, aldehydes, and acids.

George Bartusek Jr., 51, was arrested in February in Cape Coral, Fla., in his car in the parking lot of a Publix supermarket. He had parked next to the front door, apparently to obtain the optimal audience, and was having sex with two blow-up dolls in the front seat. Former Astronaut: Man Not Alone In UniverseEarth Day may fall later this week, but as far as former NASA astronaut Edgar Mitchell and other UFO enthusiasts are concerned, the real story is happening elsewhere. Mitchell, who was part of the 1971 Apollo 14 moon mission, asserted Monday that extraterrestrial life exists, and that the truth is being concealed by the U.S. and other governments. He delivered his remarks during an appearance at the National Press Club following the conclusion of the fifth annual X-Conference, a meeting of UFO activists and researchers studying the possibility of alien life forms. Mankind has long wondered if we're "alone in the universe. [But] only in our period do we really have evidence. No, we're not alone," Mitchell said. "Our destiny, in my opinion, and we might as well get started with it, is [to] become a part of the planetary community. ... We should be ready to reach out beyond our planet and beyond our solar system to find out what is really going on out there."

Not Ready for Prime Time: In March, two men were seen on a backyard surveillance camera in St. Petersburg, Fla., attempting a home break-in during the day when no one was home. According to the police report, one of the men assumed a football stance, then ran the length of the yard and rammed the back door. However, the latch held, and the impact sent the man backward, leaving him on the ground, writhing in pain. The collision also triggered an alarm, and the men escaped before police arrived. Secrecy About UFOs And Extraterrestrials Shows True Colors Of Aspiring U.S. Global EmpireThe UFO problem is a real one. It has involved military personnel around the world for more than fifty years, and is wrapped in secrecy. Over the years, however, enough pieces of the puzzle have emerged to give us a sense of what the picture looks like. What I have tried to do is very simple: to use as many of those pieces as possible in constructing a clear, straightforward, historical narrative of the UFO problem, focusing on the national security dimensions. Kepler Spots Possible Earth-Like PlanetsThe first images from a new space telescope show sections of space where Earth-like planets may exist. One picture is peppered with stars filling the telescope's full field of view. Two others zoom in on targeted regions. Lia LaPiana, programme executive at Nasa, said: "Kepler's first glimpse of the sky is awe-inspiring. To be able to see millions of stars in a single snapshot is simply breathtaking." The 15ft telescope, fitted with British-made light detectors, was launched last month from Cape Canaveral, Florida. It will spend three and a half years focused on a patch of sky equivalent to the size of an arm's length. Its mission is to search for unknown planets nestled amongst more than 100,000 stars. Scientists hope Kepler will find the first evidence of small, rocky planets like the Earth with the right conditions to support life. Such a planet would lie in the "habitable" or so-called Goldilocks zone - an orbital band where temperatures are not too hot and not too cold, but just right to theoretically allow the existence of watery oceans, lakes and rivers. A world with liquid water on its surface may be expected to host living organisms, either primitive or advanced. In one view, a cluster of stars about 13,000 light years from from Earth called NGC 6791 can be seen. Situated in the other is a star called Tes-2 closely orbited by a known Jupiter-like planet.

Inexplicable: Police in West Vancouver, British Columbia, assured residents in April 2001 that they had stopped a three-year petty-crime spree in an upscale neighborhood when they arrested multimillionaire Eugene Mah, 64, and his son, Avery, 32. Police said the two were responsible for stealing hundreds of their neighbors' downscale knick-knacks, such as garbage cans, lawn decorations and even municipal recycling boxes, and hiding them at their own luxury home. Mah's Vancouver real estate holdings are reported at about US$13 million, but among the recovered goods were such tacky items as one neighbor's doormat and, subsequently, each of the 14 doormats the neighbor purchased as replacements. Art Or Mind Conditioning? Giant Space Robot To Greet Humans It will stand more than two stories tall, with three giant legs and propeller-tipped arms. It will sense your presence. It will watch you. Soon, it will greet travelers arriving at Mineta San Jose International Airport in a way city officials say will be so Silicon Valley. Some visitors might be startled, especially if their in-flight movie was "War of the Worlds." Some kids will wish they had one in their bedrooms. Meet "Space Observer," an interactive sculpture proposed for the new airport terminal by German multimedia artist Bjorn Schulke, known for works that evoke 20th-century science fiction. The City Council is expected to approve the project Tuesday at a cost of $300,000, which will come from designated art funds. "It's kind of like this friendly insect or robotic thing that's greeting you," said San Jose Public Art Director Barbara Goldstein. "It moves and feels like something that might fly. I think they're going to think it's the coolest thing on Earth."

It was thought to be the backwoods version of an "urban legend," but the Vermont Fish and Wildlife Department reported in March its first documented case of a deer hunter's attempting to avoid detection after shooting a doe (instead of the permissible buck) by gluing antlers onto its head. Marcel Fournier, 19, used epoxy and lag bolts, said a game warden, but the finished product looked awkward because of the angle of placement and the size mismatch of the antlers. Glacier "Bleeds" Proof of Million-Year-Old Life-FormsFor decades researchers have been intrigued by Blood Falls, which incongruously spills from one of the driest parts of Antarctica, the aptly named Dry Valleys. "The Dry Valleys are all brown," said study leader Jill Mikucki of Dartmouth College. "You might see some white ice and blue skies—and then here's this bright red waterfall. It invokes a lot of curiosity." Mikucki and colleagues captured and analyzed a bit of the extremely salty, iron-rich liquid—which seems to be concentrated seawater—fresh from Taylor Glacier. In the samples were tell-tale proteins apparently from microbes. Since their capture millennia ago, the microbes seem to have been completely isolated. Under 1,300 feet (400 meters) of ice, they catch no sunlight, required for photosynthesis, and have no source of outside food.

"It was initially just an experiment," said the 26-year-old, Sebastopol, Calif., midwife apprentice who last year talked her boyfriend into photographing her cervix for 33 straight days so that she could chart its physical changes while monitoring her own mood, libido and body temperature. It was not easy, she told the Santa Rosa Press-Democrat in February. "It's so dark in there (that) even with (a lamp shining on it), the camera wouldn't focus." However, the boyfriend made it work. Scientists Bend Laser Beams -- and Maybe LightningScientists have found a way to bend lasers — and may use it to bend lightning as well. A team led by Pavel Polynkin of the University of Arizona sent a special sort of laser beam — pulsed instead of steady, and asymmetrical so that one edge was brighter than the other — through a series of filters. They found that the beam actually curved a bit, by about 5 millimeters (about 1/5 of an inch) over the total distance of 60 centimeters (2 feet). "People expect lasers to do certain things, like propagate in a straight line," Polynkin told Scientific American. "The fact that a laser beam actually curves is quite unusual." Since the laser pulses are so intense, they zap the air they pass though, leaving behind an ionized plasma trail. That trail might be conductive enough to form a natural pathway for lightning to travel along, points out Jérôme Kasparian at the University of Geneva.

The guy who “wasn’t going to take away our guns”?Well, guess what?Less than 100 days into his administration, he’s never met a gun he didn’t hate. A week ago, Obama went to Mexico, whined about the United States, and bemoaned (before the whole world) the fact that he didn’t have the political power to take away our semi-automatics. Nevertheless, that didn’t keep him from pushing additional restrictions on American gun owners.It’s called the Inter-American Convention Against Illicit Manufacturing of and Trafficking in Firearms, Ammunition, Explosives, and Other Related Materials. To be sure, this imponderable title masks a really nasty piece of work.First of all, when the treaty purports to ban the “illicit” manufacture of firearms, what does that mean?1. “Illicit manufacturing” of firearms is defined as “assembly of firearms [or] ammunition ... without a license....” Hence, reloading ammunition -- or putting together a lawful firearm from a kit -- is clearly “illicit manufacturing.” Modifying a firearm in any way would surely be “illicit manufacturing.” And, while it would be a stretch, assembling a firearm after cleaning it could, in any plain reading of the words, come within the screwy definition of “illicit manufacturing.” 2. “Firearm” has a similarly questionable definition. “[A]ny other weapon” is a “firearm,” according to the treaty -- and the term “weapon” is nowhere defined. So, is a BB gun a “firearm”? Probably. A toy gun? Possibly. A pistol grip or firing pin? Probably. And who knows what else. If these provisions (and others) become the law of the land, the Obama administration could have a heyday in enforcing them. Consider some of the other provisions in the treaty:* Banning reloading. In Article IV of the treaty, countries commit to adopting “necessary legislative or other measures” to criminalize illicit manufacturing and trafficking in firearms. Remember that “illicit manufacturing” includes reloading and modifying or assembling a firearm in any way. This would mean that the Obama administration could promulgate regulations banning reloading on the basis of this treaty -- just as it is currently circumventing Congress to write legislation taxing greenhouse gases.* Banning gun clubs. Article IV goes on to state that the criminalized acts should include “association or conspiracy” in connection with said offenses -- which is arguably a term broad enough to allow, by regulation, the criminalization of entire pro-gun organizations or gun clubs, based on the facilities which they provide their membership. * Extraditing US gun dealers. Article V requires each party to “adopt such measures as may be necessary to establish its jurisdiction over the offenses it has established in accordance with this Convention” under a variety of circumstances. We know that Mexico is blaming U.S. gun dealers for the fact that its streets are flowing with blood. And we know it is possible for Mexico to define offenses “committed in its territory” in a very broad way. And we know that we have an extradition obligation under Article XIX of the proposed treaty. So we know that Mexico could try to use the treaty to demand to extradition of American gun dealers.Under Article XXIX, if Mexico demands the extradition of a lawful American gun dealer, the U.S. would be required to resolve the dispute through “other means of peaceful settlement.”Does anyone want to risk twenty years in a sweltering Mexican jail on the proposition that the Obama administration would apply this provision in a pro-gun manner?* Microstamping. Article VI requires “appropriate markings” on firearms. And, it is not inconceivable that this provision could be used to require microstamping of firearms and/or ammunition -- a requirement which is clearly intended to impose specifications which are not technologically possible or which are possible only at a prohibitively expensive cost.* Gun registration. Article XI requires the maintenance of any records, for a “reasonable time,” that the government determines to be necessary to trace firearms. This provision would almost certainly repeal portions of McClure-Volkmer and could arguably be used to require a national registry or database. Danseur Rahm could have been En Pointe to arrange the selling of TOP SECRET missile technology from Clinton campaign donor Bernard Schwartz's company, Loral Space, that for the first time allowed China to aim nuclear tipped Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles at the USA, and he might have been the bag man for the money flowing from China, the Lippo Group, the People's Liberation Army, it's commercial enterprises (if you believe for a second they followed the "Divestiture Act of 88" then I have a bridge to sell you), and the Chinese national company "Cosco." Did Clinton help them buy the old Navy Long Beach port or not? Speaking of guys wearing tutus, J. Edgar Hoover must be turning over in his grave; so, maybe he is face up now.

Wait. I might be wrong. Ron Brown, Dead Secretary of Commerce, was actually most likely the bag man for all this. We all know what happened to Mr. Brown. Brown's, and son's, co-conspirator on since dismissed federal charges, Nolanda Hill, alleged mistress and compulsive note taker, has documentation that Ron Brown told Slick Willy, Adulterer-In-Chief, that Ron and son were not going down alone on the federal charges so Willy better do something but that Willy replied there was nothing he could do. Ron Brown then "got religion," and a Native American medicine bag he began to carry at all times. Brown's protective security detail even knew about this bag. In fact he had it with him on his last flight, but witnesses say it was destroyed at the morgue in Dover Air Force Base, Delaware, where Ron's body was brought after he died when a very experienced United States Air Force flight crew flew a perfectly good aircraft into a perfectly hard mountain just a couple of miles from its intended perfectly flat runway; apparently while making a turn 90 degrees the absolutely wrong way, if you look at some of the pictures not released to the public. Strange Rahm, or Rahmbo as he was called by friends (but maybe "Grand Rahm de jambe" from "Grand rond de jambe," a high kicking ballet move would be tres appropos based on his reputation for kicking ass and taking names) was not on that plane as well, considering he was no Friend of Hillary. In fact she tried to get him fired once. History points out (pay attention any conspiracy buffs reading this) that just a few weeks before that plane crashed with Ron Brown in it, Hillary had been on the very same plane, had landed at the same military base in Tusla where the ill-fated Brown flight took off on its way to the Cilipi crash site (remember she lied about being under sniper fire in Tusla), and Hillary met some very shady characters who could have arranged such a series of events leading to the very, very bad landing. To my knowledge not since the ill-fated attempt on Secretary Seward's life during the Lincoln assassination conspiracy (the assassin strangely used an axe rather than a gun and hit Seward right in the metal brace he had on his body for a well-known medical condition) has an active cabinet secretary died or been attacked. (Oh oh, my bad; there was James Forrestal of the Truman Cabinet, first Secretary of Defense, who took a long step from his hospital window 16 floors high in the Bethesda Naval Hospital Building One.) If you read Cashill's book, you will learn the events that led to the crash of Brown's aircraft were just the type of inexplicable events that fit "Ocam's Razor" theory; the kind that are inexplicable unless you consider them as the means to the most simple explanation and ending, Brown's tragic end in this case, along with over 30 innocent passengers and military crew.

BTW, Rahm was without a doubt the Clinton bag man in the so called "Citizenship USA" program, under the guise of Al Gore's government improvement program "The Hammer Awards." This was when the now defunct, well it was always flunking and a political flunkie organization anyway, Immigration & Naturalization Service, under the Clintons, pulled out all stops to naturalize every legal and illegal immigrant it could before the 1996 election, often in mass stadium ceremonies with Democrat Party Central Committee members immediatly signing up said new citizens as Democrat voters. No Republicans, please. Maybe that endeared Rahm to Hillary, along with his ballet skills. Citizenship USA sure didn't hurt Barackivich Gorbamachev. I bet Hillary wished she had made sure Rahm had been on Brown's plane after all; Flambé Rambé sure would have served her better in 2008.
